1. Important: Unboxing Video Requirement
🎥 Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while unboxing the package.

The video must start before opening the sealed package.

The package label and seal must be clearly visible.

The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous video.

Any damage, missing, or incorrect product must be shown clearly in the video.
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return, refund, or replacement request.
This policy protects both the customer and our store from fraudulent claims.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Beauty, Cosmetics, and Personal Care products are subject to the following return conditions:
✅ Products can be returned only if:

The item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

A valid unboxing video is provided.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Products cannot be returned if:

The product has been opened or used.

The seal is broken (for hygiene-sensitive items).

No unboxing video is provided.
-
The product was purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged).

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Orders
For shipments:

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.

A valid unboxing video is mandatory.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the error is from our side.

Customs duties and shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Free promotional items
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
